1. What is GST notice?

GSTR-3A is a notice issued for default in filing GST returns. Further, the department gives it to the persons supposed to file GST returns but has failed to file the same. Moreover, there is a time limit of 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice to reply.

Show cause notice or SCN is issued to a person for allowing him to explain reasons for any default before taking action against him.

To view additional orders/notices issued by the tax officer, perform the following steps:
